Erdoth - Land of the four kingdoms
Erdoth is rumored to the most ancient and sacred place in Faerun. Rumors say that the first humans to ever set foot on Faerun settled in Erdoth and it was there that they first came in contact with the elves and the dwarves who graciously shared their land with them.
Today Erdoth is known as “The Land of the four Kingdoms” and is a rather unique place completely designated form the rest of Faerun. On the north the gigantic mountain chain of Tul Kulamad provides an impassable boarder. In fact many locals believe that there is nothing northern than Tul Kulamad because the mountain chain keeps extending towards the north forever. Others are bold enough to claim that on the northern side of Tul Kulamad the world ends.
On the east side of Erdoth (also through the mainland) a calm sea which, like the Tul Kalamad seems boundless. For that reason the locals have named it the Null Sea, others simply call it the Great Sea.
Towards west the Untamed Lands begin as grass fields but as they extend towards the west the get drier and form a rocky dessert. Word on street is that another city exists after the Untamed Lands. No one has ever claimed to have been there (not in a believable manner) except of course Argoth (see NPCs).
On the south, grass fields and a couple of forests and mountains extend until Null Sea (or Great See) which seems to surround Erdoth from the east and south.
In the mainland there are four big kingdoms and you live in one of them. You have lived for all your lives in the kingdom of Malron, but you have travelled a lot (see PCs). The common knowledge in the streets of Marlon is that the four kingdoms are the kingdom of Marlon, the Khalistaran kingdom, and that somewhere far away the elves and the dwarfs have their own kingdoms. In fact on rare occasions dwarfs have walked amongst the men of Marlon causing hot topics of discussion for months. Rumors even say that no more than twenty years ago, elves had visited Marlon for three whole days.
Actually both of you know better, you have been once when you were both very young, to visit the Gala Kulumra, or as they call it, the kingdom of the dwarfs. However you’ve never visited the kingdom of Farwood (see PCs). In fact both of you have seen a map of Erdoth (e-mail) and tsip you have four maps(e-mail) that you have copied form the palace archives.

Distances
You needed 2.5 moths from newport to Gala Kulamad by foot.
Typically you need a little less than two days to sail from Malron to new port.
Based on the experience of your journey to Gala Kulamad you can estimate that you would need approximately 4 months to travel from Malron to the southwest lake (by foot).

History
- κλπ.?
